Place Order

1.    How to place an order?

  1. Thank you for showing interest to our product. For purchasing please go to our homepage (www.car-pal.co).
  2. Select Shop all at the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Available products will be shown.
  4. Click or select the picture of the product you want to purchase.
  5. Select the quantity you want to order, then click add to cart. (*note: you can purchase multiple items in one order)
  6. A window will show up on the left side of the screen, if you have decided to purchase the product(s), please click Checkout.
  7. You will be redirected to another window where you need to enter your information. Please always double check the details to avoid shipping problems.
  8. After entering your shipping details, you have to choose the payment option you are going to use. You will always be redirected to another window after clicking Place an Order, for payment information.
  9. Always take note of your reference number and check the box for sending the payment instruction through email.
  10. You will be receiving an email after placing your order that includes the link for payment instruction, and another email for your order copy.

Step 1

After entering all of your information in the check-out page, you will have to choose now for the payment mode you wanted to use.

If you decided to pay cash inside the bank or with Payment Centers, please select ‘Credit card or PayPal’ option as the payment type.

Review the total amount of your purchase, and please make sure that you have checked all the boxes before clicking ‘Place Order’.

 

Step 2

After clicking Place Order, you will be redirected to the PayPal portal. Depending on your internet speed, it might take sometime.

When the PayPal portal was loaded, you will have to log-in to use your PayPal account. If you didn’t have a PayPal account, you can select Pay with Debit or Credit Card at the left bottom corner of the page.

Step 3

Enter all of the information needed. Please be advised that we do not save payment history and credit card information.

Whether successful or not, you will be receiving an e-mail about the payment transaction.

 

Step 4

After processing your payment, you will be redirected back to our website. Here, you will also see the summary of the transaction. An e-mail will also be sent to you which includes order and payment transaction details. All payment transactions, whether it’s using credit card, fund transfer, or OTC payments will be redirected back to this page after the transaction.

 

Online Fund Transfer

Step 1

After entering all of your information in the check-out page, you will have to choose now for the payment mode you wanted to use.

If you decided to pay cash inside the bank or with Payment Centers, please select Online Banking option as the payment type.

Review the total amount of your purchase, and please make sure that you have checked all the boxes before clicking ‘Place Order’.

 

Step 2  

You will be redirected to the Dragonpay page, and you will have to choose your bank for payment transfer. Choose among the Online Bank payment options.  In the example here, customer chose Unionbank.  This means that customer will pay using their Unionbank Internet Banking account.

 

Step 3

Enter the login id and password correctly for Unionbank Internet Banking, then click Continue.

Step 4

All of the bank accounts enrolled in your Internet banking facility will be retrieved and will presented to the dropdown list. Choose the bank account you are going to use.

Some banks require a Transaction Password (different from Login Password) to perform online financial transactions. If your bank requires and you do have a Transaction Password, please enter it correctly to the space provided. Some banks who need a Transaction Password are RCBC, Unionbank, and  Chinabank. Banks who do not require this are Metrobank, Eastwest Bank, BDO, and BPI.

Click the Pay button after selecting the account you are going to use and after entering the Transaction password. Clicking Pay means you authorize Dragonpay to debit your account for your purchase.

Step 5

After completing the transaction, you will be redirected back to our website (www.car-pal.co). We will inform you if your fund transfer was successful or not. Possible reasons for failed transaction are:

• Incorrect Transaction Password

• Amount of requested fund to be transferred is beyond the daily limit allowed by your bank’ Internet Banking Facility. Most banks maximum online payment limit is P50,000 a day.

You will be getting a confirmation to your e-mail from us and from Dragonpay, whether it went successful or not.

Over-the-Counter (Bank and Non-Bank)

Step 1

After entering all of your information in the check-out page, you will have to choose now for the payment mode you wanted to use.

If you decided to pay cash inside the bank or with Payment Centers, please select Over-the-counter via Dragonpay option as the payment type.

Review the total amount of your purchase, and please make sure that you have checked all the boxes before clicking ‘Place Order’.

 

Step 2

After placing your order, you will be redirected to the Dragonpay window, where you have to select the over-the-counter payment method you wanted to use.

When you clicked the dropdown, it will provide you options for both Bank and Non-Bank payments.

In this example, customer chose Over-the-counter payment in a bank. Customer will make a cash payment by depositing money inside the bank.

Step 3

Next, Dragonpay will ask you to enter your e-mail address. Please make sure that the e-mail address you are going to put in here, is valid and your own personal e-mail address.

Instruction of the step-to-step payment procedure will be sent to you using this e-mail address.

 

Step 4

After clicking ‘Confirm’, you will be redirected back to our website (www.car-pal.co).

At this moment, your payment is in a pending status not until you have already completed your payment.

 

Step 5

Please check your e-mail Inbox to see the payment instruction and details. If it was not in your inbox, please kindly check your Spam or Junk folder.

In this example, e-mail contains the account number and account name of where the customer will deposit the payment. Customer needs to fill-up a deposit form from the bank, and hand it over together with the money, to the bank teller.

Step 6

You will be given a deposit slip as a receipt of your transaction. This deposit slip contains several important information which includes:

•    the date and time of the transaction

•    the code/name of the bank branch

•    the amount you paid

Please go back to the email received in Step 5 and click on the link provided to confirm your transaction. Fill-in the screen (shown to the right of this text) with the deposit slip receipt details and click the Confirm button.

Dragonpay will verify your deposit and inform us if it was successfully processed. If you did not receive a confirmation email from Dragonpay within 2 days from validation, you may contact us for immediate assistance.

Step 7

Dragonpay will send an email to you when the payment was successfully processed for your records

COD (Cash on Delivery)

Please be advised that our COD service is currently for Metro Manila customers only.

On the check out, please select Cash as the payment option. Kindly check all of your personal information, specially the address to avoid shipping problems.
