1. How can I apply for a warranty?

All products are being well inspected by our quality team before shipping to make sure that the products are at their best. But if you decided to apply for a warranty, you can earn your brand-new same model product by following these steps:

  • You can apply for a warranty within one year from the processed date (can see the warranty card for reference).
  • First step, you have to become our member by signing-up in our website, then post comment in our Facebook account, hit ‘like’ and rate our page 5 stars.
  • Then, it is very important for you to please fill-up the Warranty Form before sending the product back to us. You can get the warranty form here. After filling-up the form, kindly send it to our e-mail address
  • If you needed further assistance, please contact us by sending us a personal message through our Facebook messenger, or email us at carpalcs@gmail.com, so we can further assist you.

 

       2. Are the accessories included in the warranty?

Please be advised that the accessories are not included in the warranty.

These accessories are the battery, holder, and other small parts included in the box, but not attached directly to the product. Any damage, mishandle, or misuse of it will not be covered by the warranty.
